Can people on an Annual Multi-Trip policy travel separately?
Yes.
People insured on the same Annual Multi-Trip policy can travel either:
Together; or
Separately on different trips.
Each person must be named on the policy schedule, and each trip must meet the normal policy terms and conditions.
Can a child insured on the policy travel without an adult?
Yes. An insured child can travel without another insured adult, provided all applicable legal requirements, carrier rules and entry requirements are followed.
The policy will apply as normal, subject to its terms and conditions.
What travel documents does a child need?
It is your responsibility to make sure the child has all documents, permissions and other requirements needed for their journey.
This may include requirements set by:
Airlines or other transport providers.
Border or immigration authorities.
The country they are travelling to or through.
The policy does not cover an inability to travel because the required passport, visa or other documentation has not been obtained or produced.
You should check the requirements with the relevant transport provider and destination authorities before travel.
Important: All cover is subject to the policy terms, conditions, exclusions, cover limits and any applicable excess.
