To be considered a UK resident, you must have your main home and be registered with a GP in the United Kingdom.
The following are also not considered to be United Kingdom residents:
Foreign Au pairs working in the United Kingdom.
Foreign nationals working and resident in the United Kingdom unless they have their main home in the United Kingdom
Residents of the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland (or any other country outside of the United Kingdom).
