More than a million checked-in bags are lost for good at airports each year. BagFinder gives yours a better chance of finding its way back to you. It uses a QR code, so it works for anyone with a smartphone, not just at airports. It can also help if you leave a bag in a taxi or a hotel lobby.
Download and print your BagFinder document on A4 paper.
Put a copy inside each of your bags, where it can be seen if the bag is opened.
Check in as normal and enjoy your trip.
Report it at the lost luggage counter before you leave the airport, and complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR), which you will need for any claim.
Let the agent know your bag contains a BagFinder sheet.
When your bag is found, staff can scan the QR code to see your name, email and phone number, and use it to match your PIR or contact you directly.
You can find it on your purchase confirmation page, or any time in your Customer Zone.
