By purchasing a policy, you consent to automatic renewals through a continuous payment authority. We will contact you by email at least 21 days before the end of your insurance period. If you still meet eligibility criteria, we will automatically renew your policy using the latest provided details.
We will attempt to take the renewal payments 7 days in advance of the renewal date. This change ensures our clients are not left uninsured if a payment fails and aligns our process with industry standards. If this payment fails, we will email you, and we will try again 3 days prior to expiry, and again notify you if this fails, and until the date of renewal you can still make a manual payment.
