What happens if I start updating my medical declaration but do not complete it?
If you update your medical declaration online during the cooling-off period but do not complete the process, your policy will be temporarily voided.
This means your policy will be invalid until you take further action.
How can I restore or resolve my policy?
You have two options:
Complete the medical screening
Declare any missing medical conditions.
Pay any additional premium that applies.
Cancel the policy
You can cancel the policy and receive a full refund.
What happens if I do nothing?
If you take no action:
You will receive an email reminder after 7 days.
If the process is still not completed, the policy will then be automatically cancelled.
You will receive a full refund.
