You can download all your policy documents via your Customer Zone. The link to access your Customer Zone was included in the final email sent to you after purchasing your policy.
Please note that, for security and compliance reasons, policy certificates are not included in the initial welcome email.
To access your documents, simply click the link in the final email and enter your postcode. From there, you can download all required documents with ease. (Your “Policy Schedule” serves as your certificate.)
If you no longer have access to the email containing the link, please contact our call centre. We can resend the Customer Zone access link or provide the documents for you.
