Can I postpone the start date of my Annual Multi-Trip policy?
Once your Annual Multi-Trip policy has started, we are unable to postpone or move its start date.
Can I extend how long I am covered while abroad?
You may be able to increase the maximum duration of each trip by upgrading your cover level.
In many cases, higher levels of cover include a longer maximum trip duration.
Can I extend my policy beyond one year?
Yes, by renewing your policy.
You will receive a renewal invitation 21 days before your policy expires.
Provided you complete and pay for your renewal before your current policy expires, your cover will continue without a break.
This can also apply if you are already abroad when you renew.
