How do I access my policy documents and certificate?
You can download your policy documents at any time through your Customer Zone.
After purchasing your policy, you will receive a final email containing a link to access your Customer Zone.
For security and compliance reasons, your policy certificate is not attached to the initial welcome email.
How to download your documents
Open the final email sent after you purchased your policy.
Select the link to access your Customer Zone.
Enter your postcode when prompted.
Open your policy and download the documents you need.
Your Policy Schedule acts as your policy certificate.
What if I no longer have the email?
If you no longer have access to the email containing your Customer Zone link, please contact us.
We can:
Resend your Customer Zone access link; or
Provide the policy documents you require.
